- If your order is under 20,000 words, we generally assign a single delivery date, ensuring all files are shared together in a single batch.
- For orders exceeding 20,000 words, we adopt a staggered delivery approach. Your project will be split into manageable segments (typically 15,000–20,000 words per batch), and each batch will have a separate, pre-communicated delivery date.
We believe this approach helps maintain consistent content quality while meeting your expectations for delivery and clarity.
2. Meeting the Deadline
We take deadlines seriously and strive to meet every commitment we make. However, content development is a collaborative and creative process, and occasional delays may arise due to:
- Sudden changes in project scope
- Technical issues (such as data loss or system failures)
- Writer unavailability due to emergencies
- Revisions requested in overlapping stages
In any such event, we promise to inform you in advance with a valid explanation and a revised delivery timeline. We do not leave our clients in the dark and aim to maintain professional transparency at all times.
3. Altering the Deadline

Should you need delivery at a different time zone or specific hour, you may request it during onboarding, and we’ll try our best to accommodate it based on feasibility.

2. Delivery Tracker
Every email thread is accompanied by a Delivery Tracker in the body of the email or as an attachment. The tracker provides:
- Number and titles of delivered files
- Word counts
- Content types (blogs, product descriptions, articles, etc.)
- Dates of delivery and remaining files (if any)
This tracker makes it easy for you to verify the status of your project at any point and ensures transparency in our workflow.
3. Express Delivery
Need your content faster? We offer Express Delivery services designed for urgent content needs. This includes:
- Priority assignment of your task

After Delivery Services
We stand by the quality of our content, but we understand that minor edits or feedback are sometimes needed.
- If you find errors, discrepancies, or need adjustments, you can return the files to us for revisions.
- These revisions are handled within one working day for minor changes. However, for substantial changes requiring topic rewrites or keyword restructuring, the timeline may be extended.
- You must raise any revision request within 30 days from the original delivery date. Beyond this period, all edits and changes will be considered billable.
This policy ensures that content remains timely and relevant while also safeguarding us from unreasonable revision demands after long gaps.
Important Note for Clients
We maintain detailed logs and timestamps for all content deliveries, approvals, and revisions.
To ensure fairness:
- Delayed approvals or last-minute changes after 30 days will not be entertained for free.
- Requesting urgent edits without clear briefs may delay the turnaround.
- Using content without full payment or before final approval is a breach of our agreement.
By agreeing to our delivery policy, you acknowledge that any misuse or manipulation of these terms will lead to suspension of services and legal actions where applicable.
